Those folk at b3ta may be best now for subversion and general web silliness, but I came across this amazing MP3 search engine on their cr3ation b3ta site…Does what it says on the tin.. and very quickly…. Don’t forget to buy the tracks once you’ve found them though.

Where else could I have so easily found Ivor Cutler’s A mushroom came to my room? 

Woodside were photographed at Whitby in 2006 and now appear on a cover of a CD Set “The Sound of England”. Not something I would buy myself, and not something for which permission was asked. But it’s odd seeing yourself on a CD cover in Tesco’s!

Starting at Badby, near Daventry, we progressed through Brackley and Hinton-in-the-Hedges before leaving Northamptonshire for Oxfordshire. Here we visited Adderbury and Bucknell before crossing into Bucks to end the day with our version of a dance from Steeple Claydon.

An excellent day, and pretty good weather given the June downpours we’ve had. It only really rained twice and we were on the road both times.

This has a wealth of visual literacy tools laid out in a quasi-periodic table.

Office tools and collaboration online… (or for a small price hosted on your server)

This looks very good… I’m not sure how the collaborative documents bit will stand up to multiple concurrent access (eg from a class) but I think I’ll find an excuse for trying it.
